Share the Dignity ‘It’s in the Bag’
‘It’s in the Bag’ is a wonderful initiative created by Share the Dignity where they encourage the community to get behind families are doing it tough.
They asked the community to put together hand bags for mums and bubs, teenaged girls and women with a heart felt note and something special inside the bag for the recipient to hold through the challenges they’re going through, whether homeless and/or domestic violence.
The recipients of the bags all felt like they weren’t alone, someone cares and that they’d get through this.
Ballast had the honour or capturing the campaign video along with heart felt stories from the women and their ‘It’s in the Bag’ stories.
